We provide freight forwarding and logistics services, including the handling, consolidation, and delivery of packages. Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete shipment information

Ensuring items shipped comply with all local and international laws

Properly declaring the contents and value of all packages

Paying all applicable shipping, customs, duties, taxes, and service fees

Failure to do so may result in delays, penalties, or refusal of service.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

We do not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted items, including but not limited to firearms, drugs, explosives, and counterfeit goods. Any prohibited item discovered may be surrendered to the relevant authorities without notice.

Customs & Duties

All shipments are subject to customs inspection. Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Payments

All shipping and service fees must be paid in full before release or delivery of goods. Unpaid balances may result in storage fees or shipment delays.

Liability

YTD’s EZI Shiperz is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by acts of God, customs authorities, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability, if any, is limited to the value declared at shipment, subject to applicable laws and carrier policies.

Unclaimed or Abandoned Goods

Goods not claimed within a reasonable period may be subject to storage fees or disposal in accordance with applicable laws.

Right to Refuse Service
